I. Introduction to Instant Quote

• Purpose of the Instant Quote: Provides an estimate of pricing for travel from point A to point B.
• Scope of Estimate: The quote is based solely on the distance and general factors between the two points.

II. Limitation of Instant Quote

• Does Not Include:
  • Time of Day Surcharges: Additional fees based on peak or off-peak times.
  • Tolls: Any tolls or road fees along the route.
  • Parking: Potential charges for parking at the destination.
  • Other Surcharges: Miscellaneous fees or charges that may arise based on route conditions, vehicle type, etc.

III. Time of Day Consideration

• How the Instant Quote Takes Time of Day into Account:
  • Pricing changes based on the specific time of day the estimate is being requested.
  • Time-sensitive factors such as rush hour or off-peak hours are incorporated into the quote.

IV. Confirmation at Time of Booking

• Finalizing Charges: Any additional fees, including surcharges and tolls, will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Transparent Breakdown: A detailed final price will be provided once the booking is confirmed, including any extra charges that apply.

V. Conclusion

• The Instant Quote is a helpful tool for estimating costs, but it is not the final price.
• For a comprehensive and accurate cost breakdown, the full quote with all applicable fees will be confirmed during booking.

We offer the following vehicle categories:

• Executive Sedans – Limited to 3 passengers, 2 large suitcases
• Premium Sedans (Euro Spec of Equlivalent) – Limited to 3 passengers, 2 large suitcases
• 7 Seater Vans – Limited to 7 passengers, 5 large suitcases
• 11 Seater Vans – Limited to 11 passengers, 7 large suitcases

The following surcharges apply on national/calendar public holidays

• Christmas/Boxing Day – 30%
• Australia Day – 30%
• New Years Day – 30%
• Anzac Day – 30%

Additional surcharges apply for trips during certain late night and early morning hours

• Late Night Surcharge – 10PM – 1AM – 15%
• Very Early Morning Surcharge – 1AM – 4AM – 25%
• Early Morning Surcharge – 4AM – 5AM – 15%

These surcharges will be applied during the booking process but are not reflected in instant quotes. 

Additional surcharges apply for trips weekends

• Saturday Transfers – 10%
• Sunday Transfers – 20%

Bowen & Mackay Transfers  Bookings for transfers that occur outside of normal trading hours (6am to 6pm) at any stage of the transfer will incur a surcharge of $150. After hours transfers booked on a public holiday will incur both surcharges.

Townsville Transfers Bookings for transfers that occur outside of normal trading hours (6am to 6pm) at any stage of the transfer will incur a surcharge of $300. After hours transfers booked on a public holiday will incur both surcharges.

Cairns Transfers Bookings for transfers that occur outside of normal trading hours (6am to 6pm) at any stage of the transfer will incur a surcharge of $600. After hours transfers booked on a public holiday will incur both surcharges.

Our Instant Quote tool is designed to provide pricing for standard point A to point B transfers only. Please note that it does not account for special pricing related to Weddings, Tours, or Special Events. For these types of transfers, we kindly ask that you email info@abes.com.au to confirm the specific pricing for your requirements. Our team will be happy to assist you with a tailored quote based on the details of your event or occasion.

All payments are processed via Rideminder using Stripe. All payments processed are subject to a card processing fee. The rates are as follows:

International Credit Cards or Debit Carts: 3.5% + $0.30 per transaction

Australian Credit or Debit Cards: 1.7% + $0.30 per transaction

Child seats are available for a cost of $33 per seat per transfer (booster seats are supplied Free of Charge).

You can supply your own child seat if you wish, however it is your responsibility to ensure its safe, up-to-date and secure for your child.

Please note that any airport pickup/parking fees/tolls incurred during your trip will be added to the final bill. Costs may varying from location to location.
